Cancellation/Modification Policy 

If a reservation is canceled or modified within seven days of the scheduled arrival date, no additional charges will be incurred. However, if the cancellation or modification occurs after this period or if the guest is a no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged."

House Rules 

• All areas of the property, including rooms and common areas, are exclusively dedicated to non-smokers. 

• Pets are not allowed on the premises. 

• Children under the age of 3 can stay free of charge. 

• Guests must communicate their check-in time at least 24 hours before arrival. 

• Check-in time is between 2pm and 10pm

• Check-out by 10:00am.
